Hello there Internet. World. People. I’m Jonah and this here is my Tumblr. This is my collection of moments, things, electronic ogglings, thoughts and suggestions; how I re-hash the world around me; my lust for mass communications and society, travels, concerts, tunes and sometimes an offering of smart-ass remarks that might come back to bite me. It is what I make of it. I’ll never know what I’ll be posting about and that’s the best part!

About my blog title. unSegno, is two words, “un segno” -Italian for “a sign” derived from a phrase, “un segno de dio,” a sign from God, that I likened to while studying Italian.  I’m not entirely convinced I believe in signs, but for the most part I see mightier than thou forces of the world doling me out some ironic, but humorous revelations; one of those “I swear it only happens to me” moments. I just shake my head and grin about it.

I’m an internet lover, new media connoisseur and marketing/pr brain. The past eight years I’ve seized my inner dorkness and shared more with the internet than the internet will ever care to know: fan community sites, forums, webcam communities, online video communities, social networks before there was a term for them and blog site after blog site.
The most exciting part is all the cool people I’ve crossed paths with from fellow music fans to some of you internet video phenoms. It’s been a whirlwind of adventures going to concerts and meetups.

In the occasion that I find myself with down time and away from the internet…I work, eat, sleep, figure skate, travel, go to concerts, dabble with photography which progressed into tinkering with making videos on YouTube. I write, edit and do admin for now, but eventually I want to transition into doing public relations/advertising work.

I work with a slowly decaying handful of electronics that lets me produce things onto the internet -proof that you don’t need anything fancy to create! All you need is some fun and a little know-how.
